2012 Grey Gelding
We are offering this nice 7 year old gelding that we raised for sale. We kept him with the intent of making him into a solid, finished head horse to sell, and we are proud of the horse that he has become. Todd used him extensively on the ranch gathering, shipping, pairing out and branding calves, etc. as a youngster. For the past year and a half he has been ridden by both Todd and Blake Teixeira from rodeos to jackpots. He has PRCA, CCPRA, and ACTRA earnings. In his first weekend of PRCA competition with Blake, they won Stonyford and placed at Bakersfield. He is great in all sorts of set ups (long score, short score, fast or slow cattle) and he has gotten along well with lower numbered ropers on up to the PRCA level. This stout, pretty chestnut filly is by "Budha" and out of "Tess" (Mecom in Motion). "Tess" is by Mecom Blue (NCHA open derby finalist and million dollar sire) and she is out of a daughter of Lenas Touchdown (an NRCHA snaffle bit futurity finalist). "Tess" has Mecom Blue, Haidas Little Pep, Royal Blue Boon, Peppy San Badger, Mr San Peppy and Doc O'Lena all on her papers. We started and this colt's dam as a two year old and rode her for 60 days. She was trainable, willing, very athletic and she has great cow sense as you would expect from her breeding. This filly should be an outstanding athlete with plenty of speed and cow. SOLD!!!
